Ultra Lite Running
Long runs on mountain trails are difficult. You must take critical supplies with you, but no more. As the miles click by, every extra ounce makes a huge difference in performance.
The purpose of this website is to give and share information about running ultra-lite. Take what you need but no more. But those needs constantly change. Every trail at different times of the year comes with unique challenges. The more you know about those challenges, the better prepared you are and the better you will perform.
I am new to ultrarunning but am on a quest to learn quickly. Initially this site will feature runs in the High Uinta mountains in Northeastern Utah. Hopefully as the site matures many runs and experiences will become available for all to share.
